Thanks, but no. We are running full tilt to make our own pens, so we really do not have the capacity to OEM anything else.
As far as giving us ideas, we really appreciate it, but please don't send us your designs or ideas. It's not that we don't think they are cool - we do. BUT, we have been designing and making pens for a long time. We have a lot of design concepts that have never seen the light of day. That doesn't mean they wont, though. We don't want there to be any confusions of who came up with any design or thinking that we took someone else's IP. So for everyone's sake, don't show us.
I took my pen apart, and now it doesn't work. Can you fix it?
We can, but it's probably a matter of assembly. Sometimes folks lose parts or put them back together in the wrong order. To see a detailed video of assembly/reassembly, look here. If that doesn't fix your issue, let us know.
