The TUFF-TEC Pen features a full custom Cerakote finished body, tip and clip inspired by the TUFF-TEC company colors. The body features a royal blue finish, and the tip and clip features a contrasting gold finish. Classy natural hardware and Press Mech. Each TUFF-TEC features a random TUFF-BOY design based on your Vault Role Placement Pre-Screening Results NOTE: your screening results are determined through complex proprietary algorithms, so there are no special requests. In addition to your TUFF-TEC Pen, each contract comes with a 1 gram .999 silver Vault Entry token with Vault assignment number.

ADMIN_NOTICE: TUFF-TEC is a Variable Spec (V-SPEC) SPECIAL MISSION PEN. Variable Spec Pens are limited variations and designs that exist beyond the normal TUFF Pen core design concepts and catalog models. They will be made in batches over the production run of one trimester. Once the run ends, the V-SPEC edition is discontinued.

The Precision Pen was designed to be the ultimate TUFF pen. It is entirely modular with each component being easily replaceable and built to last a lifetime.

The core utilizes an all metal body machined out of 6061-T6 Aluminum. This makes for a light yet strong Pen, perfect for all day note-taking. The larger profile is ergonomic with full hand contact, and features scalloping in the center for increased grip and control when not writing.

To ensure proper balance and amazing strength, the TUFF Tip is machined out of stainless steel. This protects the tip from drops, and doubles as a window breaker and durable impact interface. 

Each Precision Pen features the EXAKTFIT adjustable ink cartridge spacer. This lets you dial in how much of the ink cartridge tip extends out of the pen tip (and lets you overcome some ink maker's lack of manufacturing tolerances).

Keeping this Pen in place is our TUFF Clip, cold pressed and heat treated spring steel with a durable Cerakote finish. The TUFF Clip profile makes for easy and fast one-handed clipping, strong retention, and a low-profile, classy look.

Finally, for grip and comfort, the pen body has removable contrasting black o-rings which assist in maintaining a positive grip on the pen when you need it most.

This Special Mission Pen features a sterile Press Mech.

The Press Mech: These Pens feature our famous 416SS machined "Press" advancing mechanism. The two piece bearing-cam design makes for a for silky smooth operation (so smooth, it doesn’t even "click"). Works like a normal click pen, but is built to last a lifetime of real world use and abuse.

Ideal Users: The Precision Pen is designed for anyone that needs a robust, bombproof writing tool. The larger profile makes it easy to use barehanded or gloved, but is still wieldable if you don't have monster paws. Despite its TUFF posture, the Precision Pen still will be as at home in a professional or office environment as it would in the field or abroad.
